Western Industries (WILL) Ltd is a wholly Ghanaian owned company incorporated under Company Act 1963 in August 1993. WILL is located on 77.13 acres of land with office space, warehouses, utilities, parking, security guards and a modern alarm system. The warehouses have an architecturally designed natural ventilation system and exterior lighting. Kosmos Energy Ghana HC used the facility until they relocated from Ghana. They particularly benefited from the pipe washing bay(1650m²) which has an oil and water separator fitted. With total of 8000 m² of indoor storage (warehouses) and open storage areas (lower outdoor 40,000m² and upper outdoor 28,000m² ) we can provide appropriate holding conditions for a variety of products. Equally, we can provide ambient storage on pallets if required.

WILL facilities are located close to all access routes while being securely located on a large open site with adequate parking space for both staff and visitors.
